In today’s episode, Brent, TJ, and Chris talk about what they watched, which ignited a deeper discussion of Netflix’s good and bad tendencies as a film studio, auteur theory, and whether or not Nicolas Cage shows up on set with everything already turned to 11.
Brent, Chris, and TJ debate both the merits and issues with David Fincher’s first good film, and ultimately decide if it belongs in the hallowed halls of the Talk of Fame!

My dog heard about last week’s hot movies and needed to join in. Other than him, Brent and TJ and I get together to do the damn thing and talk about the nonsense we watch, including prolonged talks about minions, vampires, and aliens. Who are they? And what do they know? We also talk about Survivor and The Challenge… so get caught up!
Also, sadly, spring break is over so professor Brent is assigning homework again. Next week we’ll be talking all about Seven (or Se7en or 7even or 7e7e7) as the newest candidate for the Talk of Fame!
Despicable Me 3 (1:23), The West Wing (5:03), Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate events (7:03), Alien (19:14), Aliens (20:55), Alien 3 (22:30), Alien Resurrection (25:02), Prometheus (28:12), Adam’s Rib (31:57), The Addams Family (33:11), Ready Player One (34:13), Survivor (36:15), The Challenge (43:39), Breezy on the Streets (48:18)

It’s TJ and Chris again from the regular rotation. We are joined by special guest Kelly! We saw a few movies together (Unsane and Isle of Dogs) and we managed to hoodwink TJ into watching The Challenge! We’ve also been binge watching some Netflix originals so no game or topic this week. Check a look!

We’re back in the office but getting back in the groove with TJ, Brent and Chris talking about our recent Watchlists. We play an obnoxious game because this recording was kind of impromptu.
No timestamps this week, but they’ll be back next week!
