We’ve gone rogue. David, Brent, TJ, and I reminisce about the podcast. There’s no Watchlist, Talk of Fame, or other branding gimmick. Just us talking about our little podcast. It’s a neat feeling getting to 100 episodes of this weird thing. Even if this goes completely unlistened to, I for one had a great time recording #100.
Thanks for hanging with us. See you all at number 200!

Back! Back in the office groooove. TJ was recently held down and made to watch a bunch of dumb movies. He tells about them… we listen. Because we’re friends and we have no choice. Everyone’s on that Friday Night Lights tip, so this is your warning. If you haven’t seen it, watch all of it NOW. Also, Survivor talk as uzhe? How would one spell the millennial abbrev of usual?

(also, due to scheduling, the file says its 95, but its 96; bear with me, I don’t get paid for any of this)

We’ve got a David. We’ve got a Brent. We’ve got Chris. We’ve got background noises from two cool dogs. If you want to guess what movie Brent is watching next, we break down the formula he’s following this year. Our boss comes to visit and pretends to be a lowly employee. Just kidding – there’s no oversight – but we do talk about Undercover Boss for a WHILE. Also Survivor deep dive and News!
Also, apologies to Aaron Bleyaert. We called you Blair for 5 minutes.
Brent: Parks & Recreation (4:54), Afterglow (7:33), After the Wedding (9:42), You Were Never Really Here (11:52), A.I. Artificial Intelligence (15:10)
David: Queer Eye (19:58), Great British Baking Show (24:58), Steven Universe (26:23), L.A. Confidential (28:08), Yi Yi (29:27), Clueless Gamer (35:00), The Dave Chang Show (38:11)
Reality Roundup: Survivor: Ghost Island (40:16), The Challenge: Champs vs Stars (54:36)
Breezy on the Streets: News! (56:24)
What to Watch This Weekend (59:18)

My dog heard about last week’s hot movies and needed to join in. Other than him, Brent and TJ and I get together to do the damn thing and talk about the nonsense we watch, including prolonged talks about minions, vampires, and aliens. Who are they? And what do they know? We also talk about Survivor and The Challenge… so get caught up!
Also, sadly, spring break is over so professor Brent is assigning homework again. Next week we’ll be talking all about Seven (or Se7en or 7even or 7e7e7) as the newest candidate for the Talk of Fame!
Despicable Me 3 (1:23), The West Wing (5:03), Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate events (7:03), Alien (19:14), Aliens (20:55), Alien 3 (22:30), Alien Resurrection (25:02), Prometheus (28:12), Adam’s Rib (31:57), The Addams Family (33:11), Ready Player One (34:13), Survivor (36:15), The Challenge (43:39), Breezy on the Streets (48:18)
Warning: Some mild language. Some language is picante.
It’s TJ and Chris again from the regular rotation. We are joined by special guest Kelly! We saw a few movies together (Unsane and Isle of Dogs) and we managed to hoodwink TJ into watching The Challenge! We’ve also been binge watching some Netflix originals so no game or topic this week. Check a look!

We’re back in the office but getting back in the groove with TJ, Brent and Chris talking about our recent Watchlists. We play an obnoxious game because this recording was kind of impromptu.
No timestamps this week, but they’ll be back next week!

Launching a series of mini-podcasts where we induct an “inaugural class” – we each picked five films to be in the Talk of Fame (our Hall of Fame for movies). It’s hard to debate whether The Matrix is the best movie of all time, so we’re populating our trophy case. First up, TJ talks about his pick, It’s a Wonderful Life, in time for Christmas and for you to turn your life around.
